Top 4 Ice Machine Rental in Miami, FL

IceMasters USA is a family-owned ice machine and refrigeration shop in Medley that has sold, rented and serviced machines across South Florida since 1961, longer than any other company we found here. And their rental terms are unusual for this market. They are the only company publishing a rental with no contract, no credit check and no personal guarantee, and the only one listing filter changes and cleanings inside the rent. They also carry more brands than any other company here. But we did not find installation listed among what the rent covers, or any published price. So we recommend getting any installation charge in writing before the six-month minimum starts.

Bayshore Equipment Distributors, Inc. is a family-owned ice machine distributor in west Miami, trading since 1982, with a leasing program serviced by their own factory-trained technicians. Their lease is the most detailed one we found in this market. They are the only company here writing a service frequency into the lease, at two preventive visits a year, and the only one letting you buy the machine when the term ends. Round-the-clock support is rare in this metro too, and they publish it. They also stock more ice forms than any other company here. But we did not find filters named in what the lease covers, or a starting rate. So we would advise asking whether filter changes sit inside the fixed payment.

Tidy Ice is a Margate company that leases, sells and services commercial ice makers across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach, with a second shop in Boca Raton. They are the only company we found here publishing a starting monthly rate, at $125, and they call it all-inclusive. Nobody else here shows a price before a site visit. They also say they work only on ice makers, which is unusual when the other companies here split their time with refrigeration, foodservice equipment or coffee. And they are the only one giving customers an online portal for service history. But we did not find a founding year on their site, so their track record is harder to read than the older shops here. We suggest asking whether the $125 includes filter changes.

First Choice Coffee Services runs the Miami branch of a national office coffee and water company out of Davie, and places office ice dispensers as part of their breakroom service. They are the only national brand we found serving Miami with an ice line, and the only company here where ice is a side product rather than the core business. So one route manager can cover coffee, water and ice on the same visit, which no other company here offers. They are also the only one quoting a daily output figure for their machine. But we did not find a price, contract terms or a cleaning schedule for the ice service. We recommend asking how often the dispenser is sanitized and whether ice sits on the same agreement as the coffee.
