These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of icemachinefinder.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by Ice Machine Finder (“Ice Machine Finder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). What Ice Machine Finder Is

Ice Machine Finder is a directory and comparison platform that helps businesses find and compare independent commercial ice machine rental companies and request quotes. We are not an ice machine rental company. We do not rent, sell, deliver, install, or service ice machines, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a rental company. Any rental, lease, service, or purchase is solely between you and the provider you choose.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf and to bind it to these Terms.

Requesting Quotes and Connecting With Providers

When you submit a quote request, you authorize us and our partner 360Connect to share the details of that request with one or more ice machine rental companies so they can contact you and provide quotes. 360Connect is a partner we work with to receive quote requests and connect you with providers. By submitting a request, you agree that 360Connect and participating providers may contact you by phone, text, or email using the contact details you provide.

You are responsible for evaluating any provider and for reviewing and negotiating the terms of any rental agreement. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, safety, timeliness, or performance of any provider or their equipment, and we do not endorse any particular provider. A listing on Ice Machine Finder is not a recommendation or warranty.

Our guides, cost estimates, calculators, and other resources are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and any figures or estimates are approximate and may not reflect the actual quotes you receive. You should confirm all details directly with a provider before making a decision.

Listings and Provider Information

We research and prepare our listings independently rather than auto-generating them, and we work to keep information accurate. Even so, details such as coverage areas, services, and availability can change and may contain errors or omissions. All listings and Site content are provided on an “as is” basis, and we do not warrant that they are complete, current, or error-free.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
