Top 3 Ice Machine Rental in New Orleans, LA

We listed top 3 commercial ice machine rentals/leases in New Orleans. All 3 have their business located outside of Orleans Parish in either Kenner, Harahan or Slidell. They all carry ice next to their air conditioners/water coolers or office coffee. Not one will tell you how much they charge per month. Or if they provide a loaner unit or have a 24 hour line for ice. Be sure to check if your location on the West Bank, in New Orleans East, or St. Bernard is covered by their service. Also, find out the estimated repair turnaround time and the specifics of your monthly charge.

Pure Water Technology of the Gulf Coast

IMF Rating:4.2/ 5

Visit Website Kenner, LA

Pure Water Technology of the Gulf Coast will rent you bottleless water coolers and ice machines for your business out of their Kenner location. Ice machines are their second product after water coolers. However they are the only ones that have a flat rate on their website. They state that this will cover everything. They also have daily output listed on every cube machine they offer which none of the others have done on a machine by machine basis. Their service area goes as far as Houma Baton Rouge and Gulfport which is more than any of the others listed. We could not find what the monthly rate would include. Nor did they have a turn around time for repairs. We would suggest asking if filter changes and sanitation and repairs are included in the monthly rate.

Visit Website Slidell, LA

Mega Air, Inc. is your local Slidell Heating and Air Conditioning contractor. They also provide rental commercial ice machines throughout the Northshore and into New Orleans. Only locally owned business that provides a repair guarantee. Fix within 24 hrs of failure. And the only one that has Flake Ice available. If you need to go to a bigger machine there is no additional set up/delivery fee. We could not find this anywhere else in our metro area. However we were unable to find what size machine they have available or how much it costs. They also list different brands on their website. So we would recommend you get the 24 hr repair guarantee and brand in writing.

First Choice Coffee Services

IMF Rating:3.8/ 5

20+ Years

Visit Website Harahan, LA

First Choice Coffee Services provides office coffee water and ice routes throughout greater New Orleans out of their Harahan location. They are part of the national chain Daiohs First Choice. Ice is just one of their lines along with coffee snacks and water. Which makes them the only company that offers ice on the same route stops as your coffee. Their dispenser has the least amount of daily capacity listed of all the companies we researched. It's more built for employees to drink from, not for a kitchen. Could not find pricing length of agreement or time frame to respond. You should ask if you can add ice to your current coffee agreement.

Nugget

Offices already on a coffee service that want ice added to the same route
Breakrooms of up to a few hundred staff needing a compact, drain-free nugget dispenser
Workplaces that prefer touch-free dispensing to scooping ice from a bin

Brands: Follett
Capacity: Up to 100 lbs per day
Styles: Countertop dispenser, freestanding dispenser
Cooling: N/A

Why Trust Ice Machine Finder

At Ice Machine Finder, we only list companies that rent or lease ice machines. Each company must have a verified address, a working phone, and a website. We do not include sales-only shops, bagged-ice delivery routes and lead generation sites.

Once the company is fully verified, then we rank the company based on two important factors which are web reputation and what they actually offer.

The web reputation includes checking Google Business Profile and other industry directories.

Also, we take no compensation to make a company rank higher or get a better rating. And, we re-verify every listing at least once a year to make sure our verification is current and we show in the listing the month we last checked. See our full rating methodology.
